11 months old...already!

I know...I know!  When I first started a blog for Layla I made the VERY bold statement that I would update it weekly.  Well that just isn't going as well as I  thought it was going too.  Life has just been so busy lately.  Here are some updates on Layla...the reason we are all here :)!
~She is finally getting two more teeth...one on top and one on bottom.  That will make a total of four!
~She will literally eat anything you put in front of her!  Hence the size 18 months!

~She loves standing and walking along furniture!  She is over crawling and ready for the next step.
~Her favorite thing to say is Dada, but occasionally she will say Mama:)
~She is a chatterbox (gets that from her dad :))!  She is constantly taking to herself, to the wall, to her blankie, pretty much anything around her she will point at and talk too.
~Her BFF is her white polka dot blankie.

Over the last month or so we have been busy.  Layla and I went on a trip to Rhinelander to go bridesmaid dress shopping with Emily.  Layla stayed home with Grandpa while I went shopping.  Here are a few pics from that road trip!

 After that fun filled weekend...next up was visting my new love.  Hazel Renee Hein! My girlfriend Erin had her little baby Hazel on March 21st.  So of course we had to go and meet her ASAP!  Dan and I dropped Layla off at Uncle Matt and Aunt Missy's so that we could just get some good one on one time with the baby!

 After our whirl wind trips it was time for me to go to L.A. for work.  I was in LA 6 days 5 nights!  It was a great/crazy/ busy trip.  Saw some celebrities, ate some amazing food, shopped until I had blisters and worked my butt off!  I sure missed my little bug though!  That was the longest I have been away from her and it was hard towards the end.  I was so happy when they picked me up and I sat in the back seat with her and she looked at me and said "mama." I cried immediately!

I can't believe that we are already planning her 1 year birthday party! It makes me so sad to think about how fast she is growing up but it makes me so excited for the future!
